Options:
Contact Mode AFM/LFM, Tapping Mode AFM, MFM and STM (Routine operation) Other options like operations with Fluid Cell, C-AFM, Nano Indentation etc., may be possible on special cases with limited access.

Specifications:
  • For SPM samples with highly polished surfaces, single crystals, thin films can be accommodated.

  • Sample Size: Typical 5mmx5mm.
  • Thickness: Typical 1-2mm.

  • Both sides should be as flat as possible.

  • For STM, samples should be conducting to a nominal extent. So also for Conductive AFM
